Responsible Growth * NE Washington and Selkirk Alliance for Science are teaming up again at the Newport Farmer’s Market, Saturday, June 11th. Our theme for Saturday is POC Threatened/Endangered Species. There will be information handed out on cougars, bear, wolves, and other species. Kids’ activities will include making a plaster cast of an animal/bird track of their choosing. We will have some animal skulls and pelts for the kids to see. This event is being funded under a grant RG * NEW received and shared with SAS. Come on down to the Farmer’s Market. See you there.
