RG * NEW’s post hearing brief on the County’s DNS/SEPA for the Comprehensive Plan 2020 update was due to the Hearing Examiner by Friday, December 17, 2021.
The post hearing brief document is attached. Also attached is the Declaration of Robert “Bob” Rumsey. Bob attended the POC Commissioners’ regular meeting on January 06, 2021, during Greg Snow’s update. His declaration concerns the conversations that took place during that update and at other times throughout the meeting.
